  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full
  refund.

  To initiate a return, email us at support@puravane.com with your order number.

  Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your
  return.

  Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived
  damaged or defective.
